I read this this morning in the margin of a Bible study I am doing and instantly thought of Rita.  It is quoted from a book by Craig Barnes called, When God Interrupts.  You can look it up on Amazon if you like.  The quote is very thought provoking.

"Our experiences with abandonment and unwanted change are crisis moments when we much decide whether or not to leave behind the life that is gone foever.  We can do that only if we believe in the ongoing creativity of God, who brings light and beauty to the dark clouds of our losses in life."
