October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and what better time to remind others to get that mammogram!!
Here is what I want you to do, make at least 5 ATCs that express the message to get your exam. Post these in your doctor’s office, bathroom mirror at work, stop in your grocery store ladies room and don’t forget our favorite scrap stores!! Be creative; I’m sure you can think of other places!!
If you can show us a photo proving you have displayed your cards, you will be entered in a drawing for a RAK!!

Sorry, Chel...my mistake. I've been doing them for so long, I just figured everyone knew what they were....
Artist Trading Cards
the official size is 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. They can be done in every way possible! Think of a baseball card. I am in an ATC swap where every month we have a different theme to our card. Each card should be the same and is numbered on the back; 1/10 2/10 etc. The second number is the amount of that design.
Here are a few I posted in the gallery
The fun thing about ATCs is anything goes. Do a search and you will find some really cool examples.
So, instead of a 'business card' posted on the mirror, it will be an ATC..:)
Here is one that except for color and one 'pop', it's pretty plain.

This was so easy..Using my Print Master Platinum program, I designed business cards. The size is 2 x 3 1/2, so I matted it with a black ATC.
Now, to carry them with me and leave them in my travels. Not that many people read the community bulletin board at the club house, but I will be putting one there tonight. I'll have Joe put one in the breakroom where he works...

Guess what??!!..I gave Joe a card for him to give to the District to put on their LCD screen. This is shown to all the offices!!..You know, that moving screen of info that you sometimes see at a doctor's office. Anyway, since I can not get a photo or open the District's link, I had Joe do a screen shot.

At my meeting Tuesday night, I gave a card to my friend who works in the Sheriff's office. she will put it on the bulletin board. then as we were taking a tour of the new communication center, I gave the card to one of the girls there (our guide) when I saw the bulletin board in the break area. She put it up while I was there. Sorry, didn't get pictures of either one.
Yesterday, while grocery shopping, I put one in the ladies room. I took a photo with my cell phone, but need to find out why I can't send it to myself. I think I know why, so I need to call AT&T and have the feature turned on.
