Lisa, you can find these A2 size in office supply stores.  Much cheaper than buying a pack in scrap stores.  You can also buy a box of the half fold if you like the bigger size.

Elaine, I forgot about WalMart..they should have them. They may call them Invitation Card size.  Can't imagine them not carrying them!..
