Create a Birthday themed layout but here's the catch....your layout MUST have some sort of birthday themed paper piecing on it.

Evan's birthday album is in the gallery!  The front cover is a beach ball paper piecing I put together by printing out a template from the internet and then cutting my patterned papers to match.  There are little paper piecings all throughout the album that I put together:

well I did it again!! I read your challenge and thought... PERFECT! ( I blame the pills LOL)
But I read the birthday themed paper and didnt see the word "piecing".
So I used birthday themed paper LOL but you know, I have a sizzix cake I will add to it!!! Just thought of it and thats easy enough!
