Ok, here are the easy directions for the card.

You will need one sheet of CS, 12x5.5

Step 1: Score your paper at 2in, 4in, 8in, and 10in



Mark 1.5in from the top and the bottom and cut from the 2in to the 10in score lines.

From there you are ready to fold.  Just follow the pic below.



When adding your pp to the base of the card, make sure that you leave an 'edge' around it so that you can still fold the card, like in the picture here.
