I went out tonight and the light was too low. Bummer! But I thought I would post what I took anyway. There's always another day with some better light.
My front door wreath - blah
I took this picture of the birdfeeder by standing IN the bushes and getting down to the level of the top of the bushes. Still not earth shaking...
Definitely need more practice!

I took this photo last week after Joe told me there was a huge dragon fly on my porch screen. I opened the door and took a side view of him.

Another one I took this morning...
And this one doesn't really have an interesting angle, but I think it's pretty. This was taken from my front porch.

Wow, Roe...that dragonfly is huge...wish there was something to get some perspective from.
Erin, love both of those but am especially drawn to the one of Chad's hands on the keyboard.

cool shot of the keyboard/hands!! Wow, what a gorgeous view you have!!
Lynn, let me see what I have..I took several shot so maybe there is one that will give you an idea...
What you see behind him is the siding and that is 3 1/2 inches..I just measured.. ..Maybe to some of you that is not big, but Joe and I never saw one that big before!!..

Wow, you all are totally rockin' with your pics! Just that you are taking is terrific - every shot you take is more experience behind a camera. Keep it up, and you are doing super.
Now, Roe, try to use your close-up setting on that critter. See what that does.
Lisa, I love that structure, cool! Nice pic of the marg glass, too.
Erin, what a lovely tree!
Lynn, the corner of that building, good angle.
Keep it up, everyone!

I am charging my batteries right now, and have a day off on Tuesday, we are going to the Nike employee store, then to either the Museum of science and industry or the children's museum. Plenty of photo ops either way!

Ok...overload warning here...I went out on a teeny photoshoot yesterday. Couldn't do too much walking but still had fun...long time since I've done this. I took over 150 pics...these are just the ones I think fall into the category of the April challenge.
One of my fav photo subjects...our beautiful state capital...with spring thrown in..
Another on the capital grounds
And, another
The original Olympia Brewery
At Heritage Park macro setting
A bench at the park..thought this angle made it more interesting.
