Some digi questionsOk, so I have Photoshop Elements 6. I saw some masking done in a mag LO. I want to do that. I don't have even a clue .....Also, I want to fill a letter in with a pattern. Or any shape for that matter. How do I do this? I just can't figure it out ........ Any clues, Sharon or????? |

I don't have time to play right now but I will get back with ya.
I have not done masking, or if I have I didn't know it. Should be some tuts on it..maybe hummies would have one. I think I could tell you how to fill a letter or shape..but it would be off my memory and that can be faulty on it's own 
I know I posted instructions on it..but it may have been on the old board. Try this...new layer text your letter highlight just the letter go to edit and choose the fill section..pick your fill pattern and see if that works for right now |

I remember Sharon giving instructions on the fill and I still couldn't do it with my program. It was one of those things I was going to play around with and never did.
I'll check and see if I kept it in my folder.... |

Thanks, all. I need a bit of concentrated time to work on this. I forgot about Hummies, will go there and look around.
What I want to be able to do is add new patterns that I can use. I think I can stumble around and get it, I've already discovered a hint or two. I really don't know the program and know it does a lot more than I think it does.... just takes time to learn. Thanks again. Will let you know what I figure out, soon as I can. |
