silly DS questionOk, I have been playing with my new DS. Sorta reading the manual.  ! My question is this...If I am making a design from two different carts do I switch out the carts and then it runs the paper back through. I am such a moron with this thing! !

You do not take the paper out. When you hit cut, it will tell you what cartridges to put in the cricut. Once it reads the cartridges, then you hit OK..don't hit OK until you follow the cartridge prompts.
Once you gethe jukebox, there will be no need to swich out unless you are using a cartridge that is not in one of the 6 spots. Or 12 or 18. You can stack 3 jukeboxes..:)
Please ask if I didn't explain it right for you to understand..It is tricky, but once you get it, you will be fine..

oh, something else too...The mat on the screen is just little off from the one you will be cutting from. Always be sure to bring in your cut so it is not on the line closest to the inside. I've done that only to have the edge not cut..ugh!....
see the outter line and the one inside? come in a little from the one inside. If I were to cut where the cursor line is, it would not cut..

When you are ready to download a design, just remember you need that cartridge to actually cut it...
