Photos from Tree HuntYou knew I'd do this. I have to show you just a few photos I've taken recently!
These I took while out to get our tree. There is a wonderful farm just about 3 miles from us, a family who've been in this area for a very long time. Their names MINTER, and the HARP, families are around here, on streets, that kind of thing. They make going for a tree a treat. They serve hot cider, free. Sell homemade stuff in their small shop. Mr. Minter greeted us with hospitality, and gave us a saw to use.
But the first thing to greet us were the donkeys. I took at least 50 pictures of donkeys. I will only show you two in this short series. First one:

Trust me, I could have shown you TONS more!  All are untouched, unedited except the tree hugger one and that was minimal. Settings varied but all programmed ones such as portrait and landscape and close up. I had my 55-200 lens on.

My fav is the Dad hugger..........
They're all fun pics. I know what you mean about the number..I finally figured out that I took an average of 85 pix on each day trip we took in Montana. Nuts, but fun. Merv says he hears the camera clicking in his sleep.

I really like these Marlene! I think that having a Donkey there while you get your Christmas tree is kind of... symbolic :)
