November Sponsors - GlueArts and design team's choice!First off, we have some wonderful adhesive products from GlueArts to review this month!
Secondly, we're doing something a little different this month! We are letting each Design Team member pick their own company to represent for November! All sponsor layouts done this month will be holiday themed (can't we all use some inspiration to get all those holiday pictures scrapped?!), so it will be a fun month!
Maybe YOUR favorite company will be represented this month...if not, feel free to join us in the challenge and show off your favorite company's products by making some holiday themed layouts with their stuff! whoot whoot

i used the Glue Arts Crop and Glue Lines for the ribbons on this layout. A lot comes in one package and they are very easy to use. Plus very sticky!

Here is my 1st one. I used Trisha's Sketch Challenge #1, used GlueArts Adhesives, and used 3 Bugs in a Rug papers/elements as my DT choice/holiday layout for November.

Wow, girls! Amazing! That's why you are on a design team, cuz you are goooood!!!
Erin - I love that photo - the angle is very eye catching!
Trisha - very very pretty!
Roe - Drop dead gorgeous!
Jenny - so did he give you a big kiss after? Hee hee. I love that you chose something to "honor" thanksgiving without doing a thanksgiving page, per se! Bravo!

I have a question. I am thinking of at least two projects, but each of them highlights a different company (aside from our sponsor). Is that OK? Does my question make sense?
|
Jenny
|
Well, we had originally wanted to stick with one sponsor per DT member...so if you can, please try to highlight one sponsor with your two layouts. For instance, I did a Thanksgiving page with 3bugs paper...now I need to find some other holiday-themed page I can do with 3bugs products.

I made this Christmas Countdown using both Glue Arts adhesives and Paper Heart papers and embellies. The Glue Arts is great to work with and it STICKS! I also like working with the Paper Heart papers with the softer colors.

I love seeing everyone's creations and everyone's favorite company. That would be such a hard decision.

Erin, that is BEAUTIFUL! I love the colors!

Don't think I posted my first page here so I will just post both pages. I chose to highlight The Paper Studio as my design team choice this month. The reason is for the wide variety of affordable products they carry. They have everything from paper to bling to chipboard - you name it, seems like they have it!
I have also used GLUE ARTS adhesive on SEVERAL of my projects this month and I am so impressed with what and how well it sticks! I have used it on flowers, chipboard, felt - everything and it works great!! THANK YOU!

Ok, don't faint, but I finished my assignment! I do have one more thing, but will show you that tomorrow.
Here are my projects. The first is my goodie package (or whatever you want to call it) I did for our brunch. It looks terrific in person, not such a great shot here. It's roughly 5 x 6. Found the pretty pretzels at a specialty candy store the other day. I am particularly pleased with how this came out. The inside and back are in the gallery.
Second project is this page. Photos taken on July 4 so it qualifies for holiday theme, even if it doesn't look at all like a 4th page!
I used K&Company products, which I love. The GlueArts adhesives stick very well (like just try to get something off once stuck down!) and I esp love the strips for doing ribbon. Makes ribbon "sticking" so easy! I will get this item when I see it in a store!

Awesome stuff ladies! It's fun to see who we picked adn how we are using them!
For the past couple of years, I have made mini albums for my family members - they just have to slap the pictures in. I started working on the covers and liked how this turned out. The scraps will be perfect to embellish the inside. I got the albums from the Targer Dollar Spot and just covered them. The Glue Arts adhesive really helped stick down those papers that kept wanting to pop back up/out. I love the Paper Heart ornament paper. TFL!
