My 2010 projectGirls - I am so excited and anxious about my big 2010 project!
I am going to do a book about my dad for Sam.
My dad passed away almost 9 years to the day and so he barely knew Jeremy (He got sick the first summer I met Jeremy) and obviously never knew Sam (at least here on Earth - kwim?)
Anyways - my grandma (his mother) is going to send pictures of him when he was growing up and before he met my mom and other pictures of him that she has. Plus! My mom just said that she has a bunch of pictures that I can have too! (Little side note: I got my scrapping gene from my dad - he took most of our pics and cut them up and put them in three big poster frames - cool to look at - stinky to scrap)
But wait - there's more! I asked her to write a little note to Sam telling him her story and maybe put some pictures together for her (in another book obviously!)

Josie, that is wonderful!!..How fun to have photos of your dad when he was young and for Grandma to help with your quest.

wonderful gift!!! I have done some pages for Darren of his dad, and need to do more. I kept a journal for a while when he first died, wish'd I'd kept it up.
Can't wait to see how you do these pages!
