I also stopped at the Crosby home yesterday...all of these stops were pretty much within a 3 mile radius. The Crosby home was built in 1860 and is on the original site...built by Bing Crosby's grandparents.

These next shots were taken thru the back windows. The front ones, where the sun hits, all have the shades drawn...the back ones do not. However, the lighting wasn't all that great and were above my eye level. I just held the camera up to the window and clicked. Took the photos into PSE and with a couple of lighting adjustments, these are what I came up with. Moral to this story: try it. You might be surprised what you have when you get home
Well...I like them, anyway...think they will make for an interesting LO.
