how do you do the colorized lines? i know there's the pencils/markers you can use, but would you just cut how ever many of that shape in all the colors you plan to use and piece together? i'm curious to see how that works?

Paula, I'm not sure I understand what is it you are trying to ask? Are you talking about those that are showing more than one color? If so, this is where you can use your scraps..
I don't know what the key pad looks like, but there could be a function key like say Paper Dolls, where you use the function to cut the pieces you need...

yes, i'm talking about the ones incolor. cuz if you jsut cut, you get the one solid color (or shadow).
i was just wondering. i've seen some carts have stuff liekt hat, but didn'tknow how easy it was to recreate on your own.

Paula, I don't what carts you have, but like I was saying..some carts have function keys that will cut out those 'other pieces'.
When I do paper dolls, I cut the body. Then, when I use the function key and the costume I want, it will know what size I need by the size of my body. Then, you just hit the different features and you can do hair, clothes and whatever else comes with that look.
You can see this with cartridges like Cars, Princess, Mickey..and others.
I would need to pull up the key pad to see what 'functions' this one has.
