December Digitals - post here!

Let's see you gorgeous December digi projects here, girls!

THIS IS FROM GRAMMYSCRAPS, not me.  Thanks, Lynn, for kicking us off this month!

I designed our Christmas card this year. It's not the amazing design I had in my head but it's not bad either.

vellumx

wow Lynn...that is gorgeous!..Love everything and what a doll she is with all the Christmas glitter around her..wow..oh yeah, I said that...

Marlene, you did an great job with your card!!..hmmmm digital..yeah, that would make it go faster....I'm still doing Christmas cards....
GrammyScraps

Thank you, Roe..

Marlene for moving that for me..I know you've been really busy.

Your card is beautiful...digi is such a good idea. The only card I am making is all paper and for our sister in Australia.
GrammyScraps

Another...since I was so pleased with my ArtsCow books, I am going to do some digis to have printed. All the digis I've done, I have kept very few in the original 8x8 size so they can't be used :sad ...ah well, I did print out most of them myself before resizing to post on here.  Lesson learned..keep copies of both sizes and I have plenty of puter room to do that now

I started to comment on the above, Lynn, but the site froze up on me!  Wonder what's up with that?

I love this one and could so easily copy it!  I will show you why here in a sec!

That auto pic faded in the bg is wonderful for this!!!!  Outstanding!

Ok, now, take a look:

serene scrapper

Ok, just finished this one:

How fun, Marlene...don't you just love those old cars? I used to love going to the Harrah's car show in Reno when we lived there.
Sure easy to tell which of those lovely ladies is your mom.

I commented on your snowflake one on the other thread...I really love it, especially with the non-traditional colors...and I LOVE that photo of Em.
JustJenn

You guys did an awesome job on those digi's.  Bravo!!
GrammyScraps

And another...this one has more layers than I've ever done before..over 30..whew!  A little different but I think I like it...the journaling will have to be written in the book...I didn't want to add anything more to this.
This one was taken about 1915.

serene scrapper

Lynn, I need to pick my jaw off the floor!  Wow and double and triple wow!  That is so good!  I need to know where you got some of that stuff - sooo perfect for heritage!!!
GrammyScraps

Thank you...I pm'd you.
GrammyScraps

Here's another photo I can clear out of my to-do folder.  This is Merv's Dad.

serene scrapper

Spectacular, Lynn!  Wow, I am so impressed - the grungy paper, and that plane.  Journaling so detailed, informative.  Well done!!!
GrammyScraps

Another one from the to-do folder..

serene scrapper

Another WOW, Lynn!  What a fabulous photo to have!!!!  Nice nice nice LO, love that tree!
GrammyScraps

Exactly the question Merv asked me the other day ...I have pix printed out and page designs done for 7 pages...just can't get into it.  Digi is easy for me...paper scrapping Is Not.  Never looks good to me.

Oh, but your paper LO's do look great, Lynn!  But of course, your are getting better and better at digi, no doubt about!
GrammyScraps

Ok, Marlene....Now I have to do at least 2 paper pages before I do another digi....!!

serene scrapper

Ladies, I keep forgetting to visit this thread!!!..I've seen your awesome work in the gallery, so I hope you know that I did see what you did and just love it all!!...sorry for not stopping in here sooner...

I worked on a hibrid yesterday and wanted to share.  The photo and journaling was done on a 12x12..yep, I can print that size now....Played around with the photo using brushes and then used a rub-on on top of that.

GrammyScraps

Very clever and pretty, Roe.  Will be fun to see what you come up with now that you have that printer.
serene scrapper

Mel, those are terrific!  Love the color change!  Wow!

And Roe, gorgeous!  No better word!

Thanks for participating in December, all.  Bravo to everyone!
