Custom CropsHas anyone ordered from this site before? I ordered a Cricut cartridge on the 13th and they just shipped that thing yesterday on the 27th. Has anyone else experienced any issues with this place? I sent them an email regarding the delay 2 days ago, no response. I am very frustrated.
There website says that items generally ship in 2-4 business days. Ok, that would have been the 20th at the latest. The 27th?? C'mon! And then with the email it says to expect a response back within 24 hrs.....2 days later and NOTHING.
I do not recommend this site, though the prices are great!
I am eager to see if anyone has any positive thoughts about this website....

I have heard good things about them from others. Not sure why your order was such an issue...
wait I may have ordered from them before...it seemed fine when I did. I'll have to check. I do know I have an sign on with them.

Yes, I got it about a week and a half ago. They never replied to my email, so that ticks me off even more. But I have a nother cart I want so I may give them another shot. We shall see.......
