1. How long have you been married? 11 years this Sept.
2. How did the two of you meet? We actually met at work
3. Tell us about one of your significant other's lovable quirks: He has them but I just can't think of any right now,LOL.
4. What is your favorite thing to do together?
We love to go hiking, but haven't went for awhile. Another thing we have always loved to do is pick up dinner and a few movies and just cuddle up and watch a good movie.
5. What is something you rarely agree on? Money...I like to spend it, he likes to save it.
6. What's the most important thing you have in common? Our love and commitment to each other and 'our' family.
7. What funny or pet names do you call each other? I usually just call him 'honey' or Chris, Sometimes, Mr. Milligan when he's getting into trouble. i have a couple of others but I can't say....
He has always called me beautiful, my name and we have an inside joke and he calls me BLR at times....stands for Bad Luck Rita
8. What gift did he give you that meant the most? Chris has given me so many things but it has always been the little things that meant the most. He use to leave post it notes on my desk at work everyday and I still have everyone of them. The most meaningfull gift has always been his love and devotion to me and our sons.
9. What's the kindest thing he has ever done for you? There has been So so many things but one thing that comes to mind was how he took care of me, the house and Dwayne after i had a car accident that left me down for awhile.
10. What's the most interesting thing about him?
His ability to hold a conversation with a total stranger.
He's also a perfectionist.

A perfect day for me would be to start off with a clean house and a good cup of coffee and no where to go. Just sit around in my comfy clothes and read and scrap!

Fun learning about you Rita. I'm always curious about where my online friends live. Are you a country mouse or a city mouse? Or somewhere in between? Tell us a little something about the town you live in.

Never been to a rock concert seen lots of country performers, to many to count. First one would have been Crystal Gayle, with my parents....many, many moons ago.

I would like to think that I'm somewhere in between but I realy am a country girl at heart.
I live in a small town with one traffic light. We have a small grocery store which I rarely go to. The gas station closed down about 2-3 years ago. We do have a bank, post office and library. Everybody knows everything about everyone here but I really don't know much about anyone anymore. I'm sure that will change again once Alex gets into school here. I have always been a pretty private person that has never gotten 'into' the town gossip. I remember being at a sporting event once and another Mom made the comment about knowing everything about everyone and I remember saying that I was a private person and if someone was saying something about me, they were more than likely making it up since I didn't get into all that.
I have the convenience of small town life with the bigger stores and mall only 10-20 minutes away.
Lucas was also the location of Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall's wedding. They were married on May 21, 1945 in Lucas at Malabar Farm, the country home of Pulitzer Prize-winning author Louis Bromfield, who was a close friend of Bogart's. The wedding was held in the Big House.

Most of my concerts have been country as well! Doesn't have to be rock to be a concert!
I'm the same kind of country mouse, with slight city tendancies too!

Ok heres a couple questions that have come to mind :)
What was the name of your very first pet you ever had? What was it?
If you could pick one cartoon character to describe you, who would it be and why?
Since we are always seeming to do laundry at the same time what kind of laundry soap do you use? Fabric softener?
What, besides scrapbooking and any food item, is your guilty indulgence?

Fluffy, it was a little white rabbit.

Jerry the mouse from Tom and Jerry....reminds me of me and my brother when we were growing up....we were always fighting and I was always out smarting him
Since we are always seeming to do laundry at the same time what kind of laundry soap do you use? Fabric softener?
Most of the time, Gain ( original scent ) fabric softener varies, usually snuggle, downy, or gain, and always a bounce dryer sheet.
What, besides scrapbooking and any food item, is your guilty indulgence? | makeup or bath and body works lotion

Was back to school time a happy thing or a dreaded thing for you?

| lisa9er wrote: | | Was back to school time a happy thing or a dreaded thing for you? |
I liked seeing my friends again but hated the school work, had my mind on other things I say that education is wasted on the youth. If we could go back and know what we know now, we would pay more attention, strive a bit harder and not be in such a hurry to grow up.
