A little mental road blockOK I have a goal of getting the Christmas 2008 pics scrapped before Joseph gets here. BUT...most of the photos have Chad and his kids in them. Have you ever had to crop around hurtful memories to get to the story inside? How did you handle it?

Will Chad be in Joseph's life at all? I guess if was me I would scrap them anyway. Later in life Joseph will be happy that you did so he has some knowledge of who he is. I know it's hard, but whoever said scrapping was just for the happy times? And these were happy times at the time and I would just scrap them as that. Let Joseph know that you were happy when he was concieved. KWIM? Hope this helps.

I agree with Katt. Later in life this won't be such a hurtful memory...you can keep it simple.

I'm more on that side than not...Joe needs to know you loved his dad when he was conceived, scrap them as you would have when times were good...

I know you guys are right. I gave him most of the prints after he left so the ones I have are just of the boys and opening presents etc. I'll just put them in and not really think about the journaling.
