Now that I have a couple card swap hosting under my belt, I can fully understand what may work for everyone involved. I'm setting up some guildlines and hope it does not deter anyone from joining in.
1. Please put your name on the back of the card.
2. Please enclose an envelope for your card.
3. Please put your card in a plastic baggie.
4. Please use a padded return envelope sized 8 1/2 x 11
** If you want, you can send $2.00 to cover cost of envelope and postage and I can do it for you.
5. Please have your address and postage on the return envelope.
**See above for alternate choice.
6. Please keep in mind the due date cards are to be received by me.
7. Please put the receiver's name on the plastic baggie when doing a 'choice'
card swap.
8. Have fun and let those creative juices flow!!
***IF YOUR CARDS ARE NOT RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE, I WILL BE SENDING OUT THE CARDS WITHOUT YOURS. I WILL NOT BE FORWARDING CARDS MADE FOR THE PERSON WHO DID NOT GET HER CARDS TO ME. I WILL ALSO BE SENDING BACK THE CARD THE MEMBER MADE FOR THE PERSON WHO DID NOT GET THEIR CARDS TO ME. MEMBERS CAN DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO FORWARD THE CARD THEY MADE FOR THAT MEMBER. I THINK THIS IS ONLY FAIR TO KEEP THE CARD SWAP MOVING. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.******If I think of anything else, I will add it to the list or if anyone has suggestions, please let me know..Thanks...
