I don't quite get the "tilt" in this but these are my examples from my own photos.
The first one in each set is the original. The next is the one edited with tiltshiftmaker. The second set has two different edits, in two different directions. It's very easy to use, nothing to download and add to your machine. Just use it, save the photo. Easy.
