Let me list a few, all without going digital in your scrapping:

PHOTO ALTERING
ADDING TEXTURE TO PHOTOS
PHOTO COLLAGES
ADDING TEXT TO PHOTOS
ADDING FRAMES TO A PHOTO
CHANGING COLORS IN A PHOTO
CREATING EMBELLISHMENTS YOU CAN PRINT YOURSELF (OR ORDER FROM WHOMEVER DOES YOUR PROCESSING)
PRINTED JOURNALING
PRINTED TITLES
MAKING GREETING CARDS TO SEND ELECTRONICALLY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY
ENHANCING YOUR BLOG

I am sure you can think of more, now that I've gotten you started.

So you really do have a need.

You just didn't know it.
