I was looking at Katt's awesome card in the gallery and my eyes were playing tricks on me.  I see katt used one of the cuttlebug embossing folders and thought how cool the emboss is in, not out.  Then I looked in another section of the card and the emboss was out.  Ok, what's going on.  Then I realized, it was like one of those photos that was popular years ago where when you stared at it, it would get 3D on you. Remember those?

Well, that's what these bubbles were doing.  What was in would change to out...Wow, that was freaky...I used that folder before and never noticed it!!

Whoa!! Your right Roe!! When you first look at it, it looks like the circles are down then when you stare at it longer it looks like the circles are raised!! Weird!! It must be one of those optical illusions!!
