I have a question - where can I get the shaped paper used on the left side of the LO?
I am wondering if there's any Cricut shape cartridges we can cut shapes like this from?

Well, I've had that same trouble - and you wouldn't believe the act of congress I had to go through to find (make) that sketch template!!!
My advice would be to go here:
http://www.scrapbooksetc.com/quick-collage/400seriesshapes_ss1.html
you can print that out and use as a template. If that doesn't work for you, you could always try to hand draw (I can't, but maybe you can).
